How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return anything but firearms or ammunition within 10 days of purchase to receive a refund or 30 days of purchase to receive a store credit or replacement. For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer directly before requesting a return.

Because of the nature of the item, Firearms and Ammunition are not returnable or refundable once you have taken possession. All Firearm and Ammunition Sales are final. It is important to thoroughly inspect your firearm before completion of the transfer. Once the firearm is transferred into your name, Final Shot will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance. If a defect is discovered after completing the transfer, you must contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.

Please, if you do not like our policy, do not purchase from us. We feel that our prices are competitive and as a small business, cannot afford the the "try before you buy" game of returns.

You must return all products in the original packing and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products showing use will not be refunded or exchanged and will be shipped to you at your expense.

Please follow these 3 easy steps to return an item:

  1. Call us at 817-566-0348 or fill out our Contact form. We will issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and email you a RMA authorization sheet. If you do not have access to email, we can mail one to you.
  2. Pack up the product to be returned and fill out the return form located on the back of the invoice you received with your order.
